The construction of Aires de Manantial Housing Development in the Municipality of Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico was a hands-on project in which Carcongroup Eng. helped  the investor to develop the HUD-HOME project inspection/construction and the approval of all permits.

 

The project consists of eleven (11) floors which house one hundred twenty (120) one-bedroom apartments. The project It has management office, central security camera monitoring, offices of social work and mental health support, laundry, terrace entertainment, gym, solar panels and

parking.
