The construction of the Los Arcos Housing Development and CDETA  Headquarters Main Office in the Municipality of Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico was a hands-on project in which Carcongroup Eng. helped  the investor to develop the HUD-HOME project and main office inspection /construction and the approval of all permits.
