The construction of sanitary system in the community of Piedras Blancas Guaynabo, Puerto Rico was a private and public partnership that collaborated with a group of investor in coordination with the Municipality of Guaynabo, the Water and Sewage Authority and Carcongroup Eng. We established a field office to monitor the construction activities. Ours staff was available for an immediate start and took a hands-on approach from the onset of the project, reviewing and analysing the scope of work and the existing cost estimates for the project. The primary function of Carcongroup Eng. was to ensure a timely and within budget completion of the project.
