The new construction of the building for the facilities of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Quality Board is the first structure of the development of the area. This project is located in the Interstate PR-1 Río Piedras, Puerto Rico. Carcongroup Eng. was responsible from the beginning to the end of the project inspection and construction management.
