The project includes adding terraces spaces for outdoor activities. As part of the project we designed a Master Plan to divided the construction in 3 phases. Phase 1: back terrace; phase 2: pool deck and outdoor kitchen; phase 3: side terrace. The project is on the bid process for construction of phase 1. Carcongroup Eng. is responsible for the design and the construction supervision of the project.
